I SURVIVED DOOMSDAY...AGAIN

WOW!!

I am so sad, I missed the Rapture that happened on May 21st. at 5:00PM.. Come now REALLY, did Jesus not tell us none will know the day or the hour?
Why do we get caught up in Post -Trib., Pre-Trib., or what ever, why not just live for JESUS today and every day. It is for Him to decide when this will all happen. If you are truly living for Christ and have accepted Him into your heart as your Lord and Saviour you are guaranteed a ticket to on the train to heaven.
So when you sit and listen to doomsday and realize that doomsday never came...you can say

I SURVIVED DOOMSDAY...AGAIN

Just live for Him every day

Lorie and I have been spending time together at Fairmont Hot Springs. We have been enjoying each other as well as the scenery. These words have what I wanted to express and what I am feeling about God's Beauty all around us so when I read this piece it was exactly what I wanted to say. I thought I would share with you.

Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin”— they simply are! Think of the sea, the air, the sun, the stars, and the moon— all of these simply are as well— yet what a ministry and service they render on our behalf! So often we impair God’s designed influence, which He desires to exhibit through us, because of our own conscious efforts to be consistent and useful. Jesus said there is only one way to develop and grow spiritually, and that is through focusing and concentrating on God. In essence, Jesus was saying, “Do not worry about being of use to others; simply believe on Me.” In other words, pay attention to the Source, and out of you “will flow rivers of living water” (John 7:38). We cannot discover the source of our natural life through common sense and reasoning, and Jesus is teaching here that growth in our spiritual life comes not from focusing directly on it, but from concentrating on our Father in heaven. Our heavenly Father knows our circumstances, and if we will stay focused on Him, instead of our circumstances, we will grow spiritually— just as “the lilies of the field.”

The people who influence us the most are not those who detain us with their continual talk, but those who live their lives like the stars in the sky and “the lilies of the field”— simply and unaffectedly. Those are the lives that mold and shape us.

If you want to be of use to God, maintain the proper relationship with Jesus Christ by staying focused on Him, and He will make use of you every minute you live— yet you will be unaware, on the conscious level of your life, that you are being used of Him.

When we are sitting in Fairmont Hot Springs we see the glorious beauty of Gods Creation.

The mountains and the hills

They cry out to Him

Give all the Glory to God for the beauty of His Creation!

Fairmont Hot Springs Vacation

Wow thank you Jesus,

Lorie and I are in Fairmont Hot springs this week. It is a great time. We have so much fun just doing nothing.
Our trip here was just a blessing, the weather changed only by a degree or two all the way from Regina to Fairmont. It is Plus 8 here now and in Regina it is Plus 9.
Fairmont is a beautiful place. It amazes me how people can say that evolution made all this. I look around and I see the glory of God all around me. Wow the mountains with this beautiful Columbia Valley, it is breath taking.

How would you present yourselves to God? Let us think about this for a second. If we present ourselves to God, and let Him fill the temple He has given us and continually live for Him would we be better off?

Well I would say so.

Think about give your all to Him today! Consider doing it. Consider Living it and showing it.

I Can Only Imagine

Well all the excitement  of recent days... Royal Wedding, Canadian Election...What excitement!
Can you imagine what it will be like when the Glory of God comes down from Heaven and we will spend eternity with him?
Nothing that we experience in this lifetime can compare to the joyful jubilation we will have when we move from this earth to the next.
I thank God that he is in direct control of our lives, our country Canada, and yes even in control of what happens on the political scene.
I don't want to make this about politics, (my wife wont read it then), but God Bless Canada and God Bless the Conservatives.
