ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS

1. Do I respect My wife?

I had to think about this question for only a nano-second. Lorie and I have been Married for 23 years (or it will be on July 18th). I do respect my wife for putting up with me for so long. I respect her in so very many ways. How she strives to keep herself beautiful. How she treats me. How she loves her family and our son’s. I could go on and on. Love you Lorie.

2. Do I honour My wife?

I sure try to honour her. I compliment her all the time. I tell her how I love her and I am so excited when I see her. She completes me. And she makes me look good. I do try to honour her always, however I am a male and well I fail miserably at times, but she is gracious enough to forgive me

3. Do I cherish My wife?

I try ever so hard to cherish her. I am nothing without her. I cherish her more than anything or anyone. I try to make her feel that way, and I think I do succeed at times, however do I have to say it again? Male here…

4. Do I do what I can for my wife?

You can do anything for her. Little things that will result in a big reward (no I mean she will love you more for the little things). Try for a week or two, make the bed or any other little chore that we as guys may find trivial, but is not so trivial.

5. Do I love My wife?

It seems at times words cannot express the love I have for my wife. I am so blessed that she puts up with me. She Loves me. All the little things she does make my love grow deeper all the time. I Love you Lorie! (Make sure to say “I LOVE YOU” all the time… and mean it!)

6. Do I enjoy My wife?

This is quite simple…yes I do. And I don’t mean simple as our relationship. This I did not even have to think about. I enjoy everything about her. To quote someone famous:

7. Do I anticipate My wife's need's?

Wow now here is an area that I sure need to work on. I am trying so hard but this is (to quote today’s words) just an epic fail on my part. You know I see the need but do I meet that need. Well at time yes, but like I said I do need work.

8. Do I fill My wife's love bank?

Remember the previous question “What can I do for my wife?”. Well here is the area that you benefit by doing. You fill your wifes love bank when you do the little things, like opening her car door, or listening to her. The list is endless.

9. Do I sacrifice for My wife?

This I found hard to answer. What I might view as sacrifice, my wife might view as expected. I will have to think more about this. I think I do at times but will definitely need more work

10. Do I pray for My Wife?

All the time should be the response. I will have to say there are days when I miss and do I feel guilty? YES, I do.
